Report a Scam

The more precisely you can describe what happened, the faster we can tell you whether a trail exists. Nothing here is required except an email address — send what you have and leave the rest blank.

How to reach you

We reply from our own domain and never ask for passwords, private keys or seed phrases — at any stage, by any channel.

What happened

A rough classification is enough — we will refine it.

Speed matters more than anything else. If the last transfer was in the past few days, say so in the summary and contact us directly as well.
You can also run it through our free SiteInspect check first.
The money

Approximate figures are fine. Exact transaction hashes are what matter most.

The single most useful thing you can give us. Copy them from your wallet or exchange withdrawal history — one per line, in the order they were sent.
The addresses you sent to. You can screen them yourself against sanctions data with our free Wallet Inspector.
If money left an Australian bank account or card there may be a chargeback or dispute route in addition to tracing. Tell your bank today either way.
Anything else
If you have a reference number, include it in the summary above.
What happens next: we review what you send and reply within one business day with a straight assessment of whether the trail can be followed. It is free, confidential and carries no obligation. Full detail on our process page, and on how we handle your data in our privacy policy.

Do these five things today

Independently of us, and before anything else. The first 48 hours decide most outcomes.

  • Stop transferring. No release fees, unlocking fees or clearance taxes. Ever.
  • Preserve the evidence. Screenshots, transaction hashes, URLs, full chat histories — before the platform goes offline.
  • Tell your bank or exchange. A fast notice can trigger a hold that nothing later can replicate.
  • Secure your accounts. Revoke smart-contract allowances, rotate passwords, enforce hardware or app-based 2FA.
  • Report to Scamwatch and ReportCyber — and to IDCARE if your identity documents were exposed. Keep every reference number.
